QM2 preview for Streisand auction items

Cunard Line and Julien’s Auctions are partnering for a preview of items belonging to Barbra Streisand on board Queen Mary 2’s Aug. 23 crossing from New York to England. Articles include art, furnishings, fixtures, memorabilia, costumes and clothing.

The items are scheduled to be sold at auction live and online at The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills, Calif. on Oct. 17 and 18, with proceeds to benefit The Streisand Foundation, which aids humanitarian causes worldwide.

During the QM2 crossing,, Darren Julien, president, and Martin Nolan, executive director of Julien’s Auctions, will be joined by Marty Erlichman, Streisand’s long-time manager, to present a look at the auction and the singer/actress’s career as part of the Cunard Insights enrichment program.
