Norwegian Names Maria Miller Sr. VP, Marketing

 
Norwegian Cruise Line today announced that Maria Miller has joined the company as senior vice president, marketing. In this senior role, she is responsible for all of Norwegian's marketing efforts, including advertising, branding, direct marketing, Web site/e-commerce and market research. Miller is a seasoned marketing executive with more than 25 years of experience.

"Maria is a smart, strong brand marketer who is focused on delivering results that drive revenue and create brand loyalty," said Kevin Sheehan, Norwegian Cruise Line's CEO. "We believe that she has the expertise and leadership skills to invigorate our marketing efforts."

Miller most recently served as chief marketing officer at Dallas-based Dave & Buster's, the restaurant chain. Prior to that, she worked as a marketer and consultant within the technology industry. In addition, she was the senior vice president of marketing with Avis and held several executive level positions with American Express.

Miller has an undergraduate degree in business administration from New York University in New York City and an MBA from Stanford University.
