Once the decision to go with the program has been made, Worldwide will prepare a contract to cover all the items and negotiated issues of the product purchased.  These will form the basis of the contract between the supplier and our client  All contracts and other contractual paperwork will be thoroughly scrutinized and renegotiated if we feel a better deal can be had for our client.

Once the contacts have been signed by both parties the required deposit transferred.  The paperwork then moves over to our coordination department.
