For invitees arriving by plane into Orlando Airport who
have requested transfers, they will be met at the
Airport and conveyed to the Rosen Single Creek Hotel.
Hotel check-in will take place at the main
registration desk located in the lobby.
Once you are checked in, please visit Hospitality
Suite 12216 on the 12th floor to receive your
official event credential/name badge.

There is not a special check-in for the group.
All participants are required to meet in the
"Transportation Lobby"
at 6:30 p.m. for transfers to Discovery Cove at SeaWorld
Orlando and
the opening night event.
