R. DAVID MULLIGAN, PSY.D., M.B.A.

President of

International Services Incentives, Inc.

Dr. Mulligan is an experienced sales and marketing professional whose consulting career spans over three decades. As founder and president of Incentive Services International (ISI), he works with clients to develop and implement programs designed to improve the effectiveness of individuals, teams, as well as whole organizations.

Some of these programs include: Sales Incentive and Performance Improvement Programs, Meetings, Executive Coaching & Leadership Development; Career Counseling; and Success Competency Assessment & Training. Having worked with many different organizations, Dr. Mulligan has acquired a wide range of industry experience. He has done work for companies in the banking industry, investment, and insurance services; food companies; technology and information service providers; various types of manufacturing firms; energy companies; automotives; and many others.

Regardless of the industry, the common ingredient is people. Dr. Mulligan knows what it takes to create a highly successful, performance driven environment. Together with his colleagues, Mulligan has pioneered a new and dynamic approach to improving sales success. It involves a job knowledge and skills component referred to as a Business Quotient™, performance incentives, and includes the assessment and training of success competencies associated with emotional intelligence and resilience.

These new programs create a powerful vehicle for enhancing the long term growth and professional
development of individuals as well as helping the organizations achieve their goals and objectives. Dr. Mulligan also performs individual coaching, psychological counseling, and EAP assessments. He is a qualified administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® assessment instrument. Mulligan is also an adjunct professor at Lehigh University and a former facilitator and project guide for the Global Village, an international leadership development program sponsored by Lehigh University’s Iacocca Institute. In addition, Dr. Mulligan is an adjunct faculty at Capella University’s online Graduate School of Business.

Dr. Mulligan’s educational background includes a bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from Villanova University; a Masters in Business Administration from Duke University; and a doctorate in Organizational Psychology from Rutgers University.
