Sea Cloud Cruises is delighted to announce a new addition to the fleet, the sailing yacht Sea Cloud Hussar. The Sea Cloud Hussar is scheduled to join the distinguished family of ships in the autumn of 2009. The 136 passenger ship will be built in the same classic style and exacting attention to luxury as her sisters, the Sea Cloud and Sea Cloud II. Hussar was the original name of the Sea Cloud before she was renamed by Marjorie Merriweather Post. The Sea Cloud Hussar will be a unique 21st century three-masted sailing yacht that continues the grand tradition of elegant sailing set forth by Ms. Post in 1931. As with all of the Sea Cloud ships, all 69 cabins aboard the Sea Cloud Hussar offer ocean views, many with private verandas. Guests will delight in their tastefully appointed cabins complete with new “infotainment” centers with direct email access. The Sea Cloud Hussar will also offer a modern gym, a luxurious spa and beauty salon, Jacuzzi, and swimming platform. 180-degree views will compliment the gourmet meals served in the dinning room. Passengers can also enjoy lighter fare at the lido bistro and bar, enjoy a cocktail in the lounge, or relax with a good book in the library. |

A total of 69 outside cabins: 43 de-luxe cabins with shower/WC, 23 junior-suites with verandas and 3 owner-suites also with verandas and with bathtub/WC. In keeping with the 5-star standard of the ship, only high quality materials have been used for the interior. Amenities such as bathrobe, slippers, hair dryer, telephone, air conditioning, personal safe, infotainment program, direct e-mail access and minibar are standard in all cabins. |
