Cuisine	As a special consultant for the m/s Paul Gauguin, Chef Jean-Pierre
	Vigato, consummate culinary artist whose renowned Apicius restaurant
	has become one of the best known in Paris. His establishment has
	already earned two coveted Michelin stars.
	In addition to adhering to traditional French cuisine one of his fortes
	is to adopt characteristics of oriental and other ethnic cuisines to
	create new and innovative dishes.
Dining Guidelines	Apicius - Jean-Piere Vigato is the genius behind the phenomenal
	cuisine in La Verandah. A new a la carte menu reflects the
	authenticity of the Paris original Apicius, but with a Polynesian accent.
	Reservation is required. In order to accommodate all of our guests
	and to ensure a quality dining experience, we unfortunately cannot
	accept any pre-cruise reservations. Furthermore, to maintain quality
	in Apicius we cannot accept groups larger than eight guests at the
	same time. If arrangements for larger groups are approved a pre-
	selected Apicius menu must be agreed.

	The menu features local exciting Polynesia and dishes infused with
	exotic spices and local fresh fish grilled to your perfection on the grill.
Reservations	Reservations are required.
	In order to accommodate all of our guests and to ensure a quality
	dining experience, we unfortunately cannot accept any pre-cruise
	reservations. Furthermore, to maintain the food quality in Le Grill we
	cannot accept groups larger than eight guests at the same time. If
