With over 40 years experience in the resort and cruise industry, Jim has been providing Worldwide customers with knowledge, service and value for almost ten years. Jim joined the Worldwide Team in 1988 as the first Associate in our Plantation Headquarters and continues to provide his expertise to select customers from his remote office in Utica, New York. Jim’s personal philosophy “TAKE CARE OF THE CUSTOMER FIRST” is evident is the loyal following he has developed over the years. Jim not only brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding of the business, his customer relations skills continue to amuse and delight. We are pleased to have Jim as part of the Worldwide Team and miss him in the home office. The good news is he visits often and really understands the need and the value of Warm Water cruising the the cold winter months. |
