Martin Dock has had over twenty years experience in corporate events and incentive travel, working at senior levels on both the client and agency side of the business. Martin spent eight years at the Travel Organisation (later TMO, now BI International) where he was jointly responsible for the running of the Operations Department. He left in 1988 to take up the position of Head of Events/Conventions Manager at Abbey Life, where he improved on the company's already good reputation for organising creative and successful events.
During 2002 Martin acted as Vice President Development for UChooze, providing a wide range of procurement options for clients to source event services, element by element rather than on a package basis. Martin has also carried out a wide range of consultancy assignments and speaking engagements in recent years.
Martin has always had a particular interest in cruising and became an Associate of WWTCA in January 2003. He is very much looking forward to bringing the many benefits of working with WWTCA to the attention of the agency market in the UK and Europe.
