For the past 25 years 1 have been President of The Masters Group, a full service incentive marketing company based in San Diego, CA.  As such I and my team have designed, produced and operated countless successful special interest programs and group incentive programs for a diverse clientele to destinations all over the world.

Prior to that I was on the management team of several group and incentive travel companies including the JLM Taylor Company in Irvine, ICS International in San Francisco and the Maritz Travel Company in St. Louis. 

I have worked with Worldwide on numerous groups and charter cruises over the past 15 years so this transition should prove to be interesting seeing it from the other side.
