First Quarter Report

A question frequently asked for various reasons. Part of what we do on the day to day operations is what makes us unique. We put in the man hours physically inspecting each ship so that our clients don’t have to!
 
First, our team spent 45 days and nights on multiple ships this first quarter doing ship inspections and cruising with our clients on their programs.
 
In keeping with our philosophy, “you get what you inspect not what you expect”, Worldwide’s team of Steve, Diana, Kelly, Carol, Alexia and Tara spent 76 hours doing personal inspections of various cruise and river ships.
 
Additionally we placed over 5,000 guests on cruises this first quarter.  This is real firsthand information from our clients, of the actual performance of the ships involved.
 
But how does this Benefit YOU?  We give you real unbiased firsthand information about the ships we recommend and sell.  We aren’t reading online sources to give you advice.  We spend thousands of dollars and invest a tremendous amount of man hours to be able to give you the best advice in the business.

The new rivership experience 

We had the honor of being invited to two very special cruises on two different river ships in April. The experience was fantastic!
 
River ship cruising has come a long way in recent years in all aspects. No longer are these ships full of older retirees, but instead the clients of today are more likely to be past passengers of Silversea or Regent. They are looking for a different experience than what one would get on a traditional Ocean liner.  
 
A river cruise can be a great answer for you clients wanting to see Europe, or more exotic destinations like Vietnam, Burma or India, with the convenience of a cruise.  Seeing seven or more cities in 7 days and only packing and unpacking once, and with familiar staff, is certainly more appealing than the alternatives.
